| Perigeaux is a small,
family-owned winery, specializing in making small batches of hand-crafted
estate wines
of the highest quality. We are known for our red wines, but a
variety of wines are produced and bottled at the winery. Great wine starts with
great grapes, but care must also be given to the wine during
fermentation and aging. Each variety of grapes is crushed and
pressed using slightly different time frames and techniques designed to
accentuate the unique characteristics of each wine. We invite you to
